As recently factory automation and industrial automation field are rapidly growing, the importance of pneumatic solenoid valves used in these fields is extended. As safety has to be the top priority in pneumatic system, AHC has developed the first dual valve product to enhance the safety level. The Dual Solenoid Valve of AHC has passed the variety safety tests such as features-flow features, dynamic performance, temperature increase, insulation resistance, inner voltage, power consumption, air leakage, surge, pressure resistance, and durability-performed by the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology of the Ministry of Commerce, industry and Energy.
The dual solenoid valve also passed the feature test and the technical review of the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology.
To manufacture better-quality products, AHC has co-developed and applied devices for the flow feature test and the dynamic performance test with Korea institute of industrial technology as meeting the Korea Industrial Standard.

1. Cut off air and remove air in the tank
2. Loose four wrench bolts and remove the valve head part
3. Loose the wrench bolt on the bottom of Astal (Polyoxymethylene) cover and take out Astal and spring.
4. If pushing the shaft after taking out the T-letter urethane, Astal and shaft are separated.  Remove foreign materials in the
disassembly course and then remove foreign materials inside of the body by opening Air
5. Remove the foreign material stuck to the parts before assembly and apply some of oil and then assembly it in the reverse order of
    the above sequence.
6. If you want reassembly, follow backward of the explanation above.
T-urethane must be adhered closely, so that there is no air leakage.
